Return Policy
- The return request should be raised within 30 days of delivery. The amount will be refunded after the product has been collected. After 30 days, return requests will not be accepted.
- If paid by debit/credit card, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of Razorpay, PhonePe, or any other payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the shrink wrap intact.
- Bulk orders above 5 quantities are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Received something that’s not quite right? We’re so sorry about that!
Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.
Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day replacement policy from the delivery date for defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products.
Once approved by our team, we arrange a free pickup and ship your replacement right away.
Please note: All product details, including dimensions and learning outcomes, are clearly mentioned on our website. Returns or replacements due to personal preference or subjective quality assessments will not be accepted. We request you to review product details thoroughly before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No worries at all! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped — whichever comes first.
Simply drop us a message with your cancellation request and we’ll check eligibility right away. For prepaid orders, your refund will be initiated immediately once the cancellation is confirmed from our end. 😊
